Refund policy

At Kope's 3D Prints, every item is handcrafted in small batches in our family studio. We take great pride in the quality of each piece we send out.

RETURNS
Because our products are handmade and made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@kopes3dprints.com with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged item
- A photo of the packaging

We will work with you to make it right — either through a replacement or a store credit.

WRONG ITEM RECEIVED
If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days and we will send the correct item at no additional cost.

CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, production may have already begun and we are unable to cancel.
