PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

SHIPPING CARRIERS
We ship via USPS. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (USA)
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days after processing.

FREE SHIPPING
We offer free shipping on all orders over $50.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Kope's 3D Prints is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
